The site is in close proximity to downtown San Francisco and the San Francisco International airport. Presently, Sierra Point consists of over 1 million SF of Class A office space, 2 hotels and the 580 slip Brisbane Marina. The Shore at Sierra Point, a 616,000 SF bio tech office development is now under construction with an additional 450,000 SF of Class A office building in the approval process.

UPC owns a prime 6.7- acre site overlooking the Brisbane Marina and is considering a luxury hotel, retail and office development along the Brisbane waterfront. Amenities would include a luxury spa, waterfront retail plaza and bayside trail as well as office and hotel suites with panoramic bay views.
